Wendy Wirth
Originally from Montreal, Canada, Wendy spent her childhood falling in love with California’s golden hillsides, sweeping vistas and majestic shorelines. Honoring the traditional “plein air” approach in acrylic, she strives to convey the atmosphere, depth, and drama of our modern day landscape. As a CSU Fullerton graduate, and following a twenty year Illustration and Graphic Arts career, Wendy is now immersed in painting full time and enjoys involvement increative groups like SOCALPAPA, LPAPA, the California Art Club and the Artists Fund. She will soon debut her fourtheenth season exhibiting at the prestigious Laguna Beach Festival of Arts. She paints plein air anywhere possible, and then finishes the work in her Laguna Niguel home studio.
